Thanks, Al. Perfect card. This is interesting bc I just saw a recipe for Guinness and Champagne and I am a little obsessed with trying it. Maybe the next time we are together we can master this. I am sure that the obsession was helped by the fact that bar serving it was called the Dead Poet. It would be our bar if everyone lived here.
